Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Handling:

• BATT products will ship within 4 business days of receiving a cleared payment

• Delivery times may vary during peak periods

• Sales tax applied for items shipped to: NC (7.5%)

• Free Shipping in the Continental USA (contact us for shipping rates in Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and outside the USA)

Return Policy:

• You may cancel any order prior to shipment

• Unused items may be returned for full refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days of purchase. If you are returning an item, please email battowel@gmail.com and include your original Order Number in the Subject and which product(s) you are returning in the Message section. We will send you an "RA Number" and other pertinent return information. 

• Returns that have not been authorized will not be accepted

• All returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Use your preferred shipping method, BATT does not cover return shipping costs

*To ensure a seamless return, please save your return tracking number in case there are any issues during transit. The credit for your purchase will appear on your statement once we receive and process the returned item.
